i brush my hair every day for about a hour than at night i dampen my hair than put on sportin waves than brush for 30min put on du-rag then call it a day is this a good meth

most meths are good. member its not the meth which gives u waves its brushin. u can just use water and durag and u can get waves. but yeah dont use bar soap use some like head and shoulders and get a conditioner its helps alot
