That's very expensive. Is she glueing the wefts in?
You can get hair that will last longer than three months. Look up
Extensions Plus on this forum. You will see DivaGirl talk about her hair
from there that has lasted, I think, two years. Also, if you're getting them
glued in, you may as well do pro-tac yourself.
Can this hair vary in texture? It seems each bunch i get is different! The 1st couple sets of hair i got were great! These last couple i have gotten are not as good................dont last as long! I buy new hair about every 3 months and i need them redone around 3-4 weeks (closer to 3 wks) This is the hair my hairdresser uses. Im afraid to try anything else! About 4 months ago............supposidly it was the same hair................felt and looked like DOLL HAIR!!!! I had her take it out, and order more hair! If i knew for sure what a good kind is, i would suggest her getting it for me! Right now i am paying $175 for new hair about every 3 months! She charges me $100 every redo. She has never heard of Protac.............i like the idea of being able to double up the wefts...........to make the hair even thicker! What do you suggest?????????
They were my first foray into extensions. The skin weft method they use is a great one, virtually undetectable when you run your hand down your head and they lasted about 6 weeks before they started coming out. The hair is the problem, it's non cuticle Indian and once the silicone wears off, it's dread time. The hair is very expensive being that it has the cuticle stripped. I would wholeheartedly recommend it if they had great hair. I am currently wearing protac with elite remy wefts and I put a full head in about 1 1/2 hours, and it's more comfortable than the tressallure. It's not that tressallure is uncomfortable, but I got a little bit of pulling at either end of the wefts that I have not experienced with the protac, plus, I can double wefts up with the protac so it goes in much faster.. Hope this helps!
