Hello!

I have not purchased anything form them through ebay- but they are the same people who own the website: www.hairandextensions.com

I have ordered from their website- and have always been pleased with the customer service. They are fairly frequently out of stock on certain items- so I would ask beofre ordering something. But they are very very nice and helpful.
