I used to to use large amounts of pomade on my hair because I thought that would get me waves faster but after a while my hair was so dirty I had to comb it back just to clean all the pomade out of it.
After that two things became came clear to me, I now had curls in my hair, my hair looked like Game's hair on "Stop Snitching Stop lyin when he had curls, but before I start brushes everyday it was nappy, so that proves that waves are just flatened curls brushed down and the more curls you have in your have the more waves you will and also the second was that pomade don't create waves they just make them more define.
My point is after I washed my hair my waves were no longer visible even the ones that were kinda deep. I wanted to know are there still there or do I have to start from scratch.
