Make sure you weren't smiling in the pic you used, and that the pic was from completely straight on, otherwise your measurements could be distorted. My face, for example, is definitely heart-shaped when I'm not smiling, but looks round when I am.
More awesome than a manatee!

A good tip i read in a book was to stand about 30-40cm away from a mirror, grab a lipstick and draw around the edge of your face. Stand away from the mirror and the shape youve drawn is the shape of your face :D

Hi. This is my first post here. I am having an issue knowing my face shape. I have attempted to look up how to measure my face shape on many different search engines, but the two popular ways, I get two different results.
First, using measuring tape on my actual face:
Across cheekbones is 8 inches
Across jaw line is 8 inches
Across forehead is 6 inches
Tip of my face line to bottom of my chin is 8 inches
The result for this would be Pear, Triangle, Reverse of Heart Shape
On the other hand, using a picture:
Cheekbones is 4.5 inches
Jaw Line is 4 inches
Forehead is 3 inches
Face Length is 6 inches
The result for this would be Oval or Oblong, Rectangle
