Amm told me that her "microbond weft" is the same as Wagman's "Premium weft." I ordered Wagman Premium Weft Indian Remy Natural Body which comes in its untreated natural color. This is a dark brown somewhere between 1b and 2 in the Elite Remy color ring, with some lighter natural highlights. I colored it to match the dark auburn I wear and it is GREAT!! SAME hair as Amm sold, just in its natural uncolored dark brown state. And very very easy to color if you're looking for a darker brown or auburn. I LOVE having more control over the color, actually. I just used the color I dye my own hair with (Schwarzkopf Igora 4-57) and 30 V. developer, wrapped in foil and zapped with a blowdryer for 30 minutes, to get a PERFECT match! I had my stylist trim my bangs and the ends of my lastest install today and she was blown away by how invisible this new technique is and how well the color matches my own hair.

Oh my gosh, I think we are all amazons on here...I'm about 5'11" (only because I dont want to admit that I'm actually 6 feet:))...you are right, big head just look out of proportion with really short hair...if only it meant that we all had really thick hair...

I use 6 oz. when I need to add length, but some of that is indian, so it is a lot more noticeably thicker, only 2-3 oz. when I want to add fullness...

Kristie- I want to order the microthin wefts like amms from wagman, I wrote them and they said that they didn't have that?  They said this (I'm wondering if I was describing it wrong, I just dont want to get the wrong stuff, I want the EliteRemy):

Thank you for your interest in our Human Hair.  We do not sell the Micro
Bond Weft.  We do sell the Premium Weft in a few colors.  Attached
please find our GCS Remi Indian in stock list.

We will also carry 11 colors in the Premium Remi Indian Hair in a few
months.  Please see attached list with pictures. We will mail you our
Pattern Samples for the Premium Remi Indian Hair.

******

I thought that the elite remy was this:

Am I wrong?
Can you let me know what to order, have you ordered from them?

Ok, enough with the questions...you are awesome, I dont post so much lately...but love reading these posts!!

Thanks, gsmilie! I think I can get so much hair in there because I have a HUGE head. My first install was 4 oz. and it was just so thin. I tried 6 and that was better, but I really like it with 8. I have almost no layers either--it is just blunt-cut around the bottom. With the current placement of the wefts I can easily get it into a middle-level ponytail. It really isn't long enough for fancy buns or twists, but if it were, I'm sure they'd work too. And yep, this Wagman Natural Body is the same as Amm's Elite Remy Natural Body. I love love love this hair.

Wow, that looks great!!!

Can you wear your hair up at all?

And holly crap, how do you deal with 8oz????  I have only 4oz in right now and I am thinking this hair is super big, full and HUGE!!!Shocked

It is Amm's Elite remy, it has a wave to it, not sure what she calls it.  It was before she got all the different and fancy textures.

I have thinned the crap out of it and I still feel like it is too thick, but the hair is great!!!  I absolutly love the no beard on it!!!  I have so much less itching!!!Clap

Thanks, y'all, for the nice compliments! I love that pixie cut, too. I think it works well with my face, but not as great with my body. I'm a six-footer with a broad-shouldered muscular, curvy build and that little hair just looked a little silly on top of the rest of me. I've worn my hair really short for many years and have had to deal with being called "sir" in stores and restaurants lots of times, even when I was wearing makeup and more feminine clothes. It gets pretty old being mistaken for a guy after awhile. I think the longer, fuller hair is more feminine on me and balances me out better. And, I haven't been called "sir" once since I started wearing extensions!

Yesterday I did my fourth install, using my new "double sandwiching" technique. I've included pics of the wefts with the hair lifted up so you can see just how invisible and how high up you can get the wefts. I tested double sandwiching on some of the bonds in my last install, and was amazed that they lasted 8 weeks with no slipping!

Also notice in the pics that I've installed the top side wefts in a high "V" shape, intersecting with the top bond in the back. I have fine straight hair (as you can see from the "before" picture) and a funky cowlick in the back. Using this placement and the double sandwiching technique I'm finally able to hide the wefts and not end up with a bald-looking spot in the back.

What I've done is to use half Protac tapes, folded over and sandwiched as usual. The twist is that I then take an additional weft and, using a thin line of LG just on the underside of the weft, I glue it right above the Protac in the sandwiched hair. This combination locks the bond in without any slipping, and the covering weft totally hides the Protac, as you can see from the pictures. Removal was easy and fast using citrus remover.

The hair I've installed is Wagman Natural Body (formerly Elite Remy) 14", with 1 1/2" trimmed off, I'm guessing about 8 oz. I colored the Wagman to match my own hair using Schwarzkopf 4-57, and am happy with how well the color matches. I've also got two wefts of highlights mixed in all the way around. I'm wearing 7 wefts in 3 bonds on the left side, 8 wefts in 3 bonds on the right, and 10 wefts in 4 bonds in the back. I'm really loving wearing half Protac tapes--my head feels lighter and cooler, and with the double-sandwiching, the half tapes hold as well as full ones!

I also included a picture of myself last September with ultra short hair to show how much my hair has grown in 9 months. I noticed no damage after this takedown and am happy with the condition of my hair after wearing extensions with Protac for four full months.
