NO.. I meant use a flat iron. You'll have to straighten your hair everyday to get that style. Grab a bit of hair with your hands, and straighten that with the flat iron. Then move onto other sections and so on.

Well I tried easy straight today just to see if it would work.... complete f**k up of the work I had been putting in my hair to make it better mosturized. Its like frizzier then hell and is really weird now.... it really sucks. But yea, how do you use a straightner?
If you're hair wavy/curly get a straightner and straighten it first. Then use a wax/or glue gel and slide it down the hair with your fingers until desire look.
If it comes out looking too full or too stacked, then odds are you're hair is too thick (as mine was), so you'll have to have it thinned.

My hair is very thick (I have a lot of it) and wavy, almost curly. I use thinning shears a lot and I get it to lie pretty flat and straight by using a hat to force it that way. I'm looking to grow my hair out a little longer so that it looks like this
(The guy second from left) But my hair isnt nearly that long yet. He used to have hair that was very like mine when it was shorter but I dont know if mine will look like that when it gets longer. His hair seems to come together a lot better, while mine just sorta sits in individual strands. Also my hair is very wirey (its still soft feeling and looks alright) its just very hard to do anything to after its dry. Do you think if it gets longer it will be more weighty and be able to flatten on its own? Also will my hair come together like this if it gets longer, because ive noticed that some of my longer hairs do. One more thing, how do I keep my hair from curling in cetain spots, like at the ends?
