I usually wash my hair in the morning, put some conditoner on and go about my day. (especially with it being warm, the sun helps to heat it up) In the evening, I rinse it out in the shower. My hair feels sooooo soft!

When I deep condition without heat, I leave it on for about an hour, but when I deep condition under a hooded dryer, I stay under there for a bout 30 mins and then rinse.

It stays on for about 45 minutes if I'm being lazy and I don't feel like taking out the heating cap. If I do feel like taking out the HC, It stays on for 60 minutes/

in the shower about 5 mins. if I'm takeing a rare and relaxing bubble bath it could stay in there a while 30 minutes or more, while im reading my harliquins.
I keep conditioners in my hair for an hour when I wash it at home, but when I am getting my hair done at the salon it's stays in my hair for about 15-20 minutes
