I don't really pay attention to my brushing speed, as long as you brush your hair, your good. But, never brush od hard with a hard brush, unless you want to lose your hair.

bursh but not too hard lighty works better and with the hard u can push down hard if uve got alot of hair otherwise dont cuz ur scalp willg et f**ked up

i really don't pay much attention to my speed or pressure on brushin... just brush, but since i mostly use a softy i mainly brush at a med speed.
the wave game is a game of stategies, methods, and experience to become a champion!

soft - medium/fast speed and light pressure
 
medium - medium speed and medium pressure
 
hard - slow speed and hard pressure

yeah....what JG said, that's what up!!  it works really well for me brushing softly....so forget dat hard brushing stuff....i don't know why it works better, but it just does for me

brush at a medium rate with light pressure. so you can brush longer
