I just styled my little sister's hair for her graduation today, so I thought I would post the pictures.

I used a 1/2" curling iron to make tons and tons and tons of tight little curls, zigzag parted the front, and twisted 6 sections back with bobby pins. Then I took about 1/2 of the curls and stuck about 6 pins in to make the half up/down look!

So cute on her, I love it. Just thought I'd share for anyone looking for any ideas. It took about 2 hours to do.
