I wouldn't suggest attempting anything yourself you could actually complicate the problem and make the situation worse as well as your hair's condition. Leave it to stylist.

Claude: I will go ASAP and buy shampoo for color hair and a good conditioner and leave in conditioner. Any recommendation on the shampoo and cond.??
Also she did not wanted to user bleach. She told me it will damage my hair too much.
I just wanted lighter highlights and more blending with my hair color...
I originally asked to change my base color lighter and hightlights. :-(
Quick question....
1)when i go back to my hairdresser...shoul I pay again for the work re-done???
2) if they do not charge me.....should I tip???? and about how much???

Explain to your stylist that your not happy with the brassiness and you what you wanted. Communication is the key....no stylist I know of intentionally screws up someone's hair and it happens to the best hairstylists when sometimes a color doesn't quite go the way it was planned. She might even ask you what you'd like her to do to fix it then you have the option of saying well I'd like you to fix this color to make it less brassy and not charge me for that but also after could you throw in some lighter highlights. I think if your having your color problem fixed it should be fixed at no charge....a tip is always nice...that's up to you. If you having more highlights done then yes you should be charged as it's a new service....as for what to tip well that's up to you.....I can tell you $10 or more is a nice tip for highlights...especially if you are happy with the results....tossing $5 for highlights is almost like an insult because the average person tips that for a haircut.
Bleaching the hair is no more damaging than color if it's done right. Using 20 Volume developer and bleach should provide enuff lift to get you from past that redish-orange stage into a dark blonde or even lighter. Aftercare is very important to put back the moisture in the hair that the color process removed. I explained that in an earlier post.
As for what shampoo and conditioner to use I'd recommend professional products only....they are superior to the store bought stuff and you get what you pay for.
Did she use color or lightener aka bleach to color your hair? I would have used bleach since you are so dark to get the lift light enuff to the point of removing most of the warmth and then tone it with a toner to a desired brown color. It looks a little brassy to me but that can be toned down with a blue based ash series to a more appealing brown that will be lighter than your natural color then you could always have the stylist go in and do some more foils with 30 volume bleach lift you to a blonde then tone it to a lighter brown.
The problem with hair as dark as your is getting that red out of your hair when coloring it. It can be difficult for an inexperienced stylist. Red is the hardest color to get out of the hair and the hardest color to prevent from fading....go figure.
Well anyway G'luck.....I would suggest a shampoo for color treated hair since your hair is chemically altered and also a nice leave in conditioner like CHI's Silk Infusion to help the hair maintain moisture. Anytime a chemical service is done it pulls moisture from the hair it's important to use the proper products to maintain the moisture in the hair or restore the moisture in the hair so breakage doesn't occur.
I can't see the first two pics (I don't have permission ), but I imagine it's lighter than what you ended up with... and not at all red!
I wouldn't take a guess as to what she plans to do to "fix" it, because she certainly didn't do what I would have guessed should have been done to give you the color you wanted in the first place...
I'd call her and tell her you're unhappy and ask her how she plans to fix it! (I suggest not letting her touch your hair color again, if her plan doesn't make sense.)
Personally, I would pick through to grab all of those red strands and do foil highlights to bleach them out to an acceptable level, toning to the desired "non-copper" color.

I had virgin hair, have not color my hair in over 4 years.
I decided to give it a try. So I wanted to achieve a light brown with hightlights.
My natural hair color is level 3.
I especifically told her that I hated cooper (bronze) color in my hair. Guess what!!! YEAp that is what i ended up with. I do not like the way it looks.
My hairdresser told me that if i do not like it to come back in 1 week and he will fix it. (should I do that??)
I wanted something more in the lighter colors. something like this:
