I don't know myself how to fix the problem but I would ask around for the best salon or stylist in your town and then tell the stylist exactly what you wrote here. They should be able to help you.

BLACK, AND NOW THAT MY HAIR IS THE RIGHT COLOR IT LOOKS BRASSY ON THE ROOTS AND IN THE SUN IT LOOKS DISGUSTING EVEN THOUGH THE REST OF THE HAIR IS FINE , THE ROOTS JUST LOOK SO BRASSY I PUT A LIGHT ASH BROWN ON ROOTS AND IT MADE IT BRASSIER i DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO i TRIED THOSE LOTIONS THAT U MIX WITH SHAMPOO FOR BRASSINESS BUT IT DIDNT WORK, HELPPPPPP! BY THE WAY IT TOOK SOME BLEACH AND 3 HAIR COLORS TO GET MY HAIR LIGHT HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP LIKE I SAID ALL MY HAIR IS FIE JUST THE ROOTS ARE A BIT BRASSY
