I agree -- if you want to check it out you can look at it with the hand
mirror on your right, then look at it with the mirror on your left and
see if it's uneven the other way.

Trying to assess whether or not your hair is actually straight across by viewing it in the mirror is nearly impossible. The only way to be sure is to have someone help you by taking a photo of you from behind, after it has been assured that you are standing up straight and holding your chin level.

I looked at my hair with two mirrors only to find out that it is very
sloped like a 1.5 to 2" difference, and I was so excited
that it is almost 28" on the long side
I guess I will have to have it evened it out back to 25 -26" such
a bummer although I would like a slight U shape when done. I hope
it grows fast, it seems like waist length is like taking forever,
I want to go longer than that but I would be very happy there.
