I liked the turquoise idea, myself. Or maybe lavender. Lavender might be good. . . just could be hard to find a dye that shade. . .
There's a dye I got at the Sally's. . . let me see what kind it is. . . The bottle says "Color Jamz". I put it on virgin hair like a month ago. Unfortunately, my hair is dark, so it faded out after maybe a week or so. . . except on my greys, which are still tinted faintly blue -_-; . So it seems to have good staying power on very light hair. I wonder how well it would do on your blonde, or on bleached-blonde streaks or something?

For some reason i think pink would look really pretty on you :) not sure why, turquoise is a cool colour but it might look abit "harsh" a paler blue could be another option (just my opinion of course!).
Those are the links to some really good hair colour. Its semipermanent as well but i think you would have to bleach whichever hair you want to colour to a light blonde for the colour to be really vibrant.
