That's a good idea. You'll feel if it's too much weight and then you can add clips.

Your right, mabe surrounding the perimeter with clips would even out the weight?

I think that's a great idea since it will be cut and styled already but are you going to have one row of clips? It might be heavy.

That looks like what they call a 'quick weave' or a 3/4 hair piece.  Looks good.

I saw this tourtial http://www.doctoredlocks.com/store/demo/undercut/index.htm and it gave me an idea to do the same thing with a wig to add length, you could pull the lower part of your hair into a bun, or even braid it and then sew it on!
