yes me and the stylist figured it out it was the type of comb i was using, so i need to purchase a better comb so we searched and destroyed the ends and im off to get my new comb.

What do you think is causing the extreme splitting (straightening/chemical treatments/heat/blow frying/brushing)? Until the cause is identified and addressed, it may continue. Grow-out of already-damaged hair may be required. Have you considered trying "search and destroy" (S&D)? Search for and trim individual split ends. It may help you keep more of your growth.

got a trim in june about end of june is it too soon for a trim i need some ends cut already im splitting faster the longer it gets is that normal? im also seeing a little more shedding is that normal? :(
