I read the info about a different way to lighten eyebrows in the makeup artist Kevin Aucoin's book "Making Faces". I think he uses facial bleach on the eyebrows. I don't know if using facial bleach is safe or not (I wrote before that haircolor and hairlightener are definitely NOT SAFE), but that was what I read on how to lighten brows.

Dying your eyebrows is dangerous, as using haircolor or hairlightener causes blindness. I know it's illegal to do in the States at beauty salons. I do remember reading that lightening of the eyebrows can be done a different way. Makeup artists know how.
Probably with a dark blonde or maybe even medium blonde shade, your eyebrows will look fine.
I need some helpful advice! Lately I find myself debating about dying my hair blonde. I have naturally dark brown hair, though right now it is a medium reddish brown. My eyes are super dark brown and my eyebrows are a soft black. The question I have is would it look horrible if I dyed my hair say, dark blonde? Is it safe to dye your eyebrows? How do the celebraties have matching eyebrow to hair color when they change their hair color? Some info please!!!
