I have ordered from them since this post started.  I ordered some hair that is thier own brand, bodywave, keratipped.  I really liked it.  I also got a sample of thier rapunzel locs, really loved those too.  I have ordered supplies from them too, and loved them as well.  My only beef is that thier shipping takes FOREVER!  However, thier emails are always prompt and they answer any questions I have. 

I do like to check out a company, but I think sometimes it is easy for them to get bad raps.  I think folks are a lot more likely to report a bad experience then a good one.

Took me 6 weeks to receive a colour ring....am overseas but still =S i thought it had gone missing. Wasnt customs fault either because they only look at the hair if its attached to something ie a head lol

Sorry to bring up an old topic, but I placed an order with them ( for links not hair) and I just wanted to let everyone know, they are great.
They accidently forgot to send one item I ordered and I called them and they sent it out that day. :)

I have never had a problem w/ their customer service, the order took forever to come & the hair wasn't nice. Just to clarify

It takes just one person in a company to give that company a bad name!
Last year I phoned Extensions Plus customer service department to place an order. The woman on the phone told me I was taking too long to order and hung the phone up on me! Not everyone on the other line is going to be gracious and accomodating especially if it's not their own company and they can get away with it!
 
I'm not as quick to judge from one or two complaints. I don't judge Extensions Plus for that one phone call by a rude customer service rep.
 
That website is great! (complaints) There are many of them and here is just one example of what else is out there.

Ouch! . A shame, cos I'm actually quite intrigued by their website.
Did you see how many different colors silicone microrings they carry? I wonder if they are good...
I learn to love and try to understand everyone I meet. I see the rainbow hiding in their eyes.

3 weeks ago I bought the silicone rings, with the wavy remi hair, and my sister and her friend put it in. We used about 2 packs, but i bought three. I love the hair, it is very soft and the curl pattern totally matched my hair. I just have to get used to the rings...but it is really amazing my hair is so much thicker, and I am mad I waited so long to actually try extensions...I have been putting it off for about a year!
I got the hair about 5 days after I ordered it. So far it is OK.

International Wif has a creepy website in my opinion, the woman talking at the begining looks like she's from the movie "dawn of the dead", lol!
They have a big variety of hair and brands, I have ordered from them but was disapointed by the hair and I thought the shipping took forever.
Maybe you'll be + lucky than me.
What's the name of the hair you ordered?

I ordered the fusion tips.  I haven't gotten the pretipping for shrinks down yet.  The ones I did are shedding like mad....My install is doing great!  I haven't gotten it quite finished, I hurt my back a few days ago so have been taking it easy.  Thanks for asking!

I haven't tried it but it sounds good. Did you order it on the weft for shrinkies?

Has anyone tried any of thier hair?  I ordered some hair from them and got some samples too.  I love the sample they sent me of thier rapunzel locks, and they say it is the same hair as the silky remi fusion.....
