You're right. It's best to wait as long as possible in between/ People who wait longer than 6 weeks seem to have more growth. I've seen a woman who used to wait every 6 wks, but bumped it up to every 2-3/4 months and apparently her hair grows even faster. Plus, it's almost waist length.
Hairstylists don't always know the best thing- listen to your inner feelings. In this case, it's right.
Ladies: I went to see a hairstylist a couple of weeks ago. She said that my hair was underprocessed and that I needed to let her give me another relaxer. I relaxed 8/2/06... is this ok? I thought you had to wait 6-8 weeks before you could re-relax.
