Hi WV, I've been wearing clip-ins since Feb. and haven't noticed damage. I like being able to take them off at night.

WV, i have the wefts that are glued in with Liquid Gold.  I switched to them b/c I got tired of taking the clip ins on and off daily.

I have heard on occassions, that they can damage your hair if you are not attaching the clip to enough natural hair.

You just have to be careful brushing also.  Don't get real ruff and rip through them, that causes tension on your natural hair from all the pulling and yanking.

Wow, am I glad to hear that. Maybe it is just me blowdrying and still curling my natural hair, which the last few days I have been curbing. I appreciate you letting me know. Have a great day. Do you have the glue in or sew in extensions now, is that what you meant by advancing on?

Is it possible that wearing clipin  weft extension, etc. can cause your own hair to get split and broken, and break off?  For instance, could the wefts rub against the cuticle of your own hair and damage it? I have been wearing the clip in for about six months or so, removing them at night, and my hair looks all broke off and thin at the ends.
