i have curly hair too really all i know that you can do is a lot of intensive conditioner, and adding jojoba oil on to the ends of the hair, and continuation of the trims.

My hair has been straight with a slight wave my whole life, but low and behold after my 4th child, it decided to go curly...I'm a brunette with very thick hair past my shoulder blades.  My problem is the ends of my hair are constantly splitting.  I use good shampoo and conditioner.  I'll get the ends trimmed and then before you know it, the last two inches are dry and damaged...it so sucks.  The rest of my hair is in pretty good shape, though.  Any ideas on how I can prevent this from happening any more or what products to use?
