Yes, Kristin, just having a laugh! Of course we know there was a mistake. Just imagining you going out of your way to grasp a single strand of hair, stick it in an envelope and send it off and paying quite a lot of money for it!
Again... it just goes to show you truly do care for your custumers!

We know it was an honest mistake Kristin, and no doubt you'll take care of it.. Got my sample.. The last time I checked your site, you did not have the AA textured hair on wefts.. When will you have this texture on wefts???

Don't mind us girl.. We needed a good laugh around here... Imagining opening that envelope with one single strand of hair really is pretty funny..

so you got 1 strand not one bond? thats funny. i am sure she was so busy sending stuff out to so many people that she messed up. when she reads this i am sure she will correct it. her customer service is GREAT! but that really is funny!

Yes a single strand, not a pretipped/prebonded hair stand, like, a single peice of hair... I looked really hard and it IS the color I requested...
But, hey, it WAS free....
