Since you are going darker,you really dont have to wait that long. Going darker is alot less damaging because you are depositing color and not stripping it.
Is this Matrix Prisms a permante or demi? I have heard many times on this site that when going darker a demi is best to use.
My hair was very light blond and I just colored it darker 3 times in two weeks. The first time I used a permante which faded and didnt look right.The second time I used a red color to fill and the third time I used a demi in a medium brown.
To be honest,it actually feels pretty good!
If you are worried,just condition really good and wait a week.

Hi everyone. I need help. I used a hi-lift hair color all over for dark hair. I have very dark brown hair. I decided that I wanted to go back to my natural hair color, and I tried dark brown Matrix Prisms color gloss, which didn't even come close. My question is this, how long do I have to wait to use another color, these roots are KILLING me!!
