long straight hair...what if I add a couple small braids??

I remember a time when we used to take 2 or 3 small strands of our hair on one side or the other and make small braids then add beads or hearts to the braid at the bottom, I think we used foil to keep the beads from falling off the ends. haha I wonder what people would think if I did that again after all this time?
