Growing is not pointless, even if you dont have the type of hair that looks good when your wolfin the process is still helping your waves to improve. your results just show when you get a cut.
my hair is same way bro... when i get past like week 3 it gets really afro like just like u said.. but when i get that cut.. my waves loook reall fresh connected and spinnin all that iuno
you gotta train yo hair to lay down, that's the key to wave'n. when it's trained to lay down then growing it out makes yo waves deeper after you get a cut. just remember KEEP BRUSHIN. holla
if ur waves are skinny... wehn u grow ur hair out it becomes a afro w/ tight curls whereas sum1 with less curly hair would have more noticeable waves... when i grow my hair, u can bearly c waves... but im 360 in when i get a size 1 cut. get at me
