Thank you all for the kind words!:) It's very encouraging to hear!

Yes, I have been using hairspray to keep my hair over the wefts, especially on that second day when it's a little greasier (ew) and starts to separate a little but. That's a hot look! Lol.

And JeepGirl, your baby with her tam is adorable!:) Nothing like doggies....

your color match is spot-on! that's so natural and beautiful....
in these pics i certainly cant see any 'show through'....but hair spray helps hold my hair over any telling weftage,

and careful placement (which can only be learned through trial and error) will keep the wefts in places less visible

They look very natural. And it is encouraging when the results come more quickly.

Hi all!

Thank you to all of you for the wonderful help to do my own extensions! I have hair to the bottom of my chin,a nd I used to have lovely long hair. It takes forever to grow out, and doing this has drastically boosted my confidence already!

This is 14" bohyme in a D14/22 blend that I colored to match the color I dye my own hair (close to my natural color): dark ash blonde. I prelayered it and installed it with protac. I have 4 wefts in back, the bottom three are triple wefted, the top is single. I have two single wefts on each side in the front. I've had a real problem with show through, so that is all I have for now, but I might add more later. I would like to.

I have washed this twice (waited two days between each), and this time it didn't wash down my shower drain! Lol. No slippage at all, really easy to take care of. These pictures are after I showered last night, put it in hot rollers this morning (looks better when I use the curling iron, but that take a lot of time....), and wore it like this all day. No hair products, and I took a nap on it. So, it's not as pretty as it is first thing after I fix it.

I really like this install but there are a few things I hope to change next time, like weft placement and I want to go longer next time. Also, the bohyme is a little tangly already, probably because I colored it myself.  I want your honest opinions on how it looks! Thank you all so much, and I look forward to hearing your opinions!

I hope these picture links work, if they don't, please let me know! Oh, and here's a bonus picture of my dog:)
