I've found that if you squirt the C22 on your hair, as soon as the weft comes off, get that Protac off the weft immediately! If you wait and try to clean it off later, the C22 has dissolved the tape to the point where it won't come off except in little bits. Once the majority of the tape is off (and it should pull off in one chunk) you can either use acetone or more C22 to finish getting the goop off the weft, then give it a good shampoo and conditioning and it will be ready for reinstalling.
Here's to the end of my BAD HAIR LIFE!

The other day i removed my wefted extensions that i had installed with protac (which is a miracle worker, by the way.) Anyways, the hair is stilli n fairly good condition so i want to use it again.
I'm having some issues actually getting the protac residue off the weft. I used that C22 Orange remover stuff that I bought from Sherrie. anywyas, the protac and wefts came out of my hair with no issues but now i want to get the protac off the weft.
When it was still really wet with the orange remover, it kind of peeled off in little chunks but it was really time consuming and slippery and sticky and plain gross.
So i'm wondering, is there a quicker and easier way to remove the left over protac from the wefts?
