Thank you for your feedback ladies. It's much appreciated. If you ever have any comments or issues with any of our products please contact us through the site and give us a chance to help you.

I'm still keeping my eyes on these new bonds and I'm currently testing a couple new bonds including some new clear bonds. Hopefully things work out well with these sample bonds and they will change again- If they do I will offer more free samples for everyone to try them.

If anyone still needs a free sample please email me at Info@YourHairShop.com

gsmilie- I'll contact you over PM Smile

Cool!  I do have a small bundle from her newer tips.  Since I'm taking down this weave soon, I'll put those in and see how they are.

We had the D-lux wefts from a month or two ago and they shed so bad we put them in a box for real hard times.  K said she would try and cover us when she got her new batch in, that would be nice.  I got the keratin strings (free sample last week and immediately put them in).  Those babies haven't budged or shed anything whatsoever. Its been uuum, say at least a week.  It's too straight for me though, I'd probably go with a body wave if I reordered.

I have installed the shoelace tipped strands on a friend during Labor day weekend.  This was a second install because the first one shed soooo bad that I had to take it down because she had lost over half of the hair.  So Kristen being the great business woman that she is sent my friend a new pack of shoelace tips.  So I installed this pack with shrinkies, well........  it shed really bad again, I had to take it down this past weekend.

I thought for sure my friend was using or doing something wrong, but she said that she got some shampoo for "bonded" extensions (not sure, and she can't remember the name), claims to never put conditioner on the bonds (heck she didn't even condition the hair it's self, bad friend!!) and that she only brushed the length of the hair not up by the bonds.  What I noticed when taking them out was that 99% of the tips had broken down to a waxy powdery substance.  They were no longer hard.  The shrinkies stayed in her hair great but the tips had broken down and the hair  fell out.

So after to failed installs, I am trying to convince her to try wefts, as I DO NOT want to spend anymore days installing and removing strand installs.

So, like I said, I'm not sure if my friend was abusing her hair and using the wrong stuff on it, or if it was the bonds themselves, but we did not have a very good experience with this hair.

I would like to say again how good Kristens customer service was, she didn't have to replace that first pack of hair, but she did and I do thank her for that.Clap
