i think i am going as me when i was in hs- i found a pair of my very very old very patched up blue jeans- guess wshat they fit!!!
after a hummmmmm 31 years too!!!
and i will wear a scarf around my forhead tied in the back and part my hair down the middle. not too sure yet what shirt. just a thought i came up with today- we dress up at my salon, and i actually dont work on tues- so i want to keep it simple, howver i am open to suggestions.
oh also- i have a tiny little pumpkin i have to create into something fun for a contest we hold. come on i need ideas K>?
We're all going to cross-dress at work. It should be very interesting. One of my male co-workers actually went and bought some high heel shoes in his size to wear (along with a corset and leather mini skirt). He's going to borrow one of my wigs.
I'm just going to wear a football jersey and a baseball cap and try to create some facial hair somehow.
Naked Eye, he can be Hugh Heffner and you a Playboy Bunny. My hubby and me did it 2 years ago, and everyone went crazy...it wasn't that expensive!! He can wear some Bright Pijama set and big sunglasses and you can get away being very sexy!

i use the typical witch costume props, but i slather my face and neck with Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask.....which is dull green, and once it dries it cracks, so i look like i have dry cracked green witch skin......BOO!
And I bet your skin looks fab once you wash that off!!
Everyone is telling me to be Jessica Rabbit, and try to get my bf to be Roger. But that seems hard to do for cheap! Off to the thrift store to try to find the dress!
You guys are so awesomely creative. The best I ever do is to go as a bag of trash. You know....wear a black long sleeve t-shirt and tights and then cut holes in a trash bag for arms and legs. Paint your face black, wear a black stocking cap and tie string around your neck.
Of course you need to stuff the bag with bunched up paper balls or peanuts. I actually won a costume contest for this but was very embarrassed because it was an emergency costume.
And of course I could not go to the bathroom all night because once I got the trash in place in the bag I could not risk removing the bag. That part was painful. :-(
Wow great topic for a lurker like me. I couldn't resist commenting. Karen that is a great idea to be a bag of trash. That would be easy. I would love to be Marie Antoinette since she is so popular now but have no idea where to start. It even sounds expensive.

i will be a vampire and my husband to be will be my victim with a bite mark on his neck. i just bought the costume at trashy today!!! i am so excited to wear it. its black and red so i am going to but come black and red extensions in the front so that will be different(i am usally blonde)

I am looking for an authentic Vegas show girl costume! I'd love to find one at a reasonable price with the huge head gear and all. Trying to figure out what my boyfriend could be with me to "match". Tom Jones? LOL...
