okay thanks for the advice. I might attempt to do it myself some day soon and I will definately keep in mind the methods suggested.
Just wanted to mention I just registered on your site and am waiting to get activated. Very excited to get onto that board as well.

yep thats me in the avatar, but actually it is an older picture. I think my newest avatar picture is on my forum and I just never uploaded it here.
No I am not a stylist, nor do I do others hair anymore.( I used to do a few friends, but I just dont have time, so I taught them how to do their own) Ive just been DIYing and reseaching for many many years. Trying a little of this a little of that.
There are several methods that a DIYer can successfully do. I think the price you are paying is excellent. Although Im not sure the equivalent CAN. vs. US $
If you are interested in DIY, take a look through these forums for methods like shrinkies or microrings (I recommend the silicone lined rings). If you are interested in a weft method the easiest of all methods in my opinion is the protac tape method
I am very new here but I was just wondering if that is a picture of you and your beautiful hair ? (sorry for being ignorant still getting familiar with the board )
I also believe that you are a hair stylist that does hair extensions as well.
I was just wondering if it is really possible to put in your own extentions and which method is recommended for beginners. I get mine done professionally but I was thinking of doing my own. I might also add that she does them rather inexpensively 430.00 canadian for the whole head with remy hair and they are 22 inch. of brown and copper blond. She does a really good job. But I would like your opinion as to if you think it would be worth my time and effort since I am getting it done at quite a good rate. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did anyone every try lightly spritzing wavy remi hair then braiding it and letting it sit for awhile. I find it gives it a nice texture after the bounce and wave just seems to come right back. I just hope I am not damaging the hair in anyway.
