 1st submit a POST (post words to go with your pic)
 
Once you have previously posted go back to the post and click EDIT
 
Click on IMAGE PROPERTIES ( small pic of the tree on top tool bar)
 
On image properties click BROWSE (open to my pictures, or documents, where ever the pic is you want to display)
 
click file type to JPEG
 
now click on pic you want to display
click OPEN
Be patient while file is loading click okay
 
click on okay under your pic
click update post
