I think it might be a cool solution instead getting an expensive closure piece. I love the look of bangs and straight hair. Niccccce!

Couldn't you sew hair onto elastic and sew clips to the ends...customize it?

I had been eye-ing that piece too! I like the idea of having bangs for a night!

I am curious how well the band would stay in place, as it appears to be elastic?

Would it slide upward and pop off?!? ehh! or cause a bulge??

Yes, I bought that awhile back.

A couple of drawbacks though:

You can't use a hot iron on this particular synthetic hair or it will burn/singe and ruin it.
The elastic band in rather large and uncomfortable. I cut off the band and used liquid gold glue to attach some of the hair. I also had to cut the hair into two pieces because the whole thing was too long horizontially.

The good things about it:

The hair was real pretty, soft and did not look synthetic.
It was well worth the $24.
The hair was full, not stringy.
The layered cut was perfect and face framing.

Has anybody tried the hair halo?  I've been eying this for over a year now and I just can't decide if it would be worth a try.  It looks good in the pic but I was just wondering if anyone had any comments on it.  TIA!
