i am not real sure i would try a wash cloth and just poke around in it with some soap and water.

I use my hair defuser to help boost my waves and curls that I have in my hair. But mine has gel gook and other stuff stuck on it and I was wondering, is there anyway to clean your hair defuser without damaging it's ability to dry and help boost curls?
