I'll try that
I do tend to rush through the bottom layers and those are the ones that go white on me first

thanks!
I'll try to heat them well and roll them tight this time. I'll let you know what happens

My experience has been that when the fusion turns white it means I haven't rolled it tight enough, or let it melt thoroughly before rolling it - the end result being air left in the bond.  Whenever I see any that look lighter than they should I re-heat them & roll them really tight.  Seems to help.  My hair is dark enough so it shows too.

I'm not sure if it could be different with the kind of fusion you use, I guess it's possible, but I'd try the above to see if it helps.

I'm having a rough time with fusion now that I'm dark when I used to love it when I was blond.

I used to be all shades of blond and blond/brown for years, sometimes with colors like purple and pink mixed in. The fusion glue aging and eventually turning white/gummy was no problem cuz my hair was so light it blended in. I felt like I was doing well with fusion.

But now that I've gone black/brown, when the fusion glue eventually goes white it shows up terribly and looks like I have serious weirdness going on in my hair. So I'm looking for alternatives.

Any advice for a new dark hair ext girl? What to try, what not to try?
