You hit the nail on the head here Kramer!  In the 4th picture, the hair looks great, and really flatters her face.  Too long, or too short really doesn't look good on her.

Some women look good with very short hair or very short bangs, but to me she doesn't look that good with her bangs that short. Or maybe it is just the style of 'do that she has. Her short hair looks like a helmet on her, it isn't a good style.

Agree that the short bangs are bad, very bad (in fact, I can't think of anyone that has looked good with uber short bangs) but my favorite is the third photo down.

Better and more distinctive short.  I do realize that distinctiveness within the realm of pop music is anathema, so wise career move Ms. Consoli, if that's any consolation.

Carmen is probably the number one female singer in Italy--and she's promoting her new album in New York in the hope of a break out into the English speaking world. She used to be very well known for some super short cuts, but in the last 2 or 3 years she's unexpectedly grown her hair out.
