Not sure but I take biotin orally in a vitamin supplement. I know everyone says nothing makes hair grow faster,but since I've been using it,my hair has grown alot in just 3 months! It was pretty short,and now is way below my shoulders.
(my avatar is not how long it now,it is longer,this was taken about two months ago)

what kind of shampoos and conditioners that contains biotin?
