Baby fine hair!!!

I use a nice silicone spray called Proclaim from Sally's Beauty.  I still remember as a child my aunt used a fabric softner sheet on my head.    It works just using too much makes your head oily. 

Hi Briproud, welcome!I haven't found a synthetic that feels like human when wet.  On that note I feel the synthetics dry really quickly cause they don't absorb water.  With the plastikhaar it can at times get frizzie & a bit unsoft, so every let's see week and a half I'll take a bowl from the kitchen put water in it and microwave till it boils.  You have to make sure you've brushed it out with no tangles then dip the bottom part of the hair in boiling water lay it over a towel and brush it with a course brush, I use a round one I have.  gets rid of the frizzies.  The plastikhaar feels really soft to me when dry.  To keep it in tip top condition when you blow dry it you should use a round brush & dry the ends while rolling it.  Keeps away the frizzies.

Hi Briproud! Welcome to the board! I have extremely fine and damaged hair, not very long, and not thick at all. I really like Bohyme silky straight so far, I iron it so it looks as straight and silky as my own hair so no problem with blending at all in terms of texture.

I too have the same problem! Very fine hair, and not very thick either! I have tried lots of different brands and types, and my favorite so far is Russian or European virgin hair. It's very fine and healthy and will last a long time if you care for it correctly. The initial price is more than you pay for other hair, but I think it's more of an investment because you can reuse it. It's always healthier than my own hair, and shinier and softer too!

What hair have you tried? Just from looking from afar, Bohyme silky straight looked very thin and fine. I don't know from experience, so maybe someone else can help out more.

my hair is really fine, and i've used all sorts and for me it blends just fine....are you sure it wasnt the TEXTURE of the hair, as opposed to the diameter of each strand?...i've used indian hair from RKhairproducts, Bohyme french refined, and natural wave from jetsetextensions....the coarseness of each of those hairs varies, but i really have never had a problem with it blending......and for me protac tape installs have been super easy and nondamaging

if you really feel your hair isnt blending because of the coarseness of the extension hair, there are several past posts on european hair for matching very fine hair(kinda pricey) good luck!
