Exercising promotes the overall health of your entire body. Every 'body' function is enhanced by regular exercise. Your hair is included in that. One of the things that exercising does is increase circulation throughout your body which also increases the circulation throughout your scalp. Increased circulation in the scalp equals more active hair growth.
