Are you talkin about the top of your crown because it used to have the same problem but it went away because when i brushed the top ov ma head i  started a lil farther back and now that same part lays down and waved up

waddup yall, at da spiral part at the top of my crown, it keeps stickin up.. i dont kno which direction to brush it. i hope yall kno wat im talkin about.. the part @ the top of my head that looks like a little whirlwind and spins in different directions.. how do i brush it? thankz.
