Amm sent me a sample of that indian remy and it is really really gorgeous. I couldn't believe how soft that felt. mmmm I might be having words with Amm about some of that hair he he!!! It sounds fantastic. Can't wait to see your pictures and combos xx
Recall that amm was doing a group order from a new supplier? I got some 6/22 from her (only 4 oz unfortunately!!!) and began installing it using fusion & shrinkies and CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about the fabulousness of this hair!!! The main thing is that somehow they've managed to really limit the porosity of the hair: it is soft, easy to curl, and has almost NO, and I MEAN NO porosity!! The hair dries quickly, and requires very little product!!!
Now of course during this I'm having a major midlife crisis (and along with that naturally comes a need for hair color change) so I'm moving toward the more dramatic - i.e. darker darks and lighter lights (in fact, Amanda, your 2/613 combos have been quite the inspiration for me). . .
The 4 oz. I got from Amm is 6/22 and I've added to it (of course) some of her Asian Remy which I LOVE in a dark brown (closer to a 4) and some leftover D-Lux I had in 613/24. The amm hair seems as healthy as the virgin Remy I got from her (I'm wearing them side by side). The 613/24 D-Lux is, well, you know, D-Lux. Pretty good, but not the awesomeness of this other stuff.
When I wash my hair tomorrow I'll take a pic and post it. Part of the mid-life crisis of course is the attack of the "I've been hit with the ugly stick" blues (real or imagined, I don't know, let's blame it on hormones) so I haven't been able to bear taking a picture of myself. wwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!
SO having said all that . . . I want to get my hands on a bunch more of this hair from amm's supplier, but in like a 4/613 combo, and if I can't I'm gonna do an elite thermo install using her 9 and 613 which is really like a 4/613.

I don't wanna hijack your thread but Fina and I got our hands on some verrrrrrrrrrrry pretty hair the other month. We ordered a 6/22 blend for her and I'm wearing a 14/24 & 10/16 (added some burgundy for holiday pow!) ... Needless to say we're gonna order some more!

Gina - yes Leelou lightened her natural hair perfectly with just some high lift colour. I used a full 8oz of elite and went about 2inch away from her parting xxx
