thanks nursie but for  me theres no way ill be able to do the back of my head myself witht he protac swandwiching. its all i can do to just get the seamless on the part line 1/8 inch down and on straight. lol!! i have the protac strips if i ever overcome my fear i guess ill try one of them. thanks again

i couldnt get into that site but im using the tapes from glamour hair. they dont damage the hair come out with no problem the problem is only last like 1 week. and im lazy would like to get 2 weeks out of it.

im butting into ya'lls tape conversation
i have this roll from here:

and then i have sherrie's Protac strips too

from what i can tell, mhrw's 'supertape' rolls are the same as hairdirect's 'proflex' (does anyone know?)....it is crazy how many different hair tapes (and tape names) that are out there!

i cant wait to saee them . i went to that other website with the new tape advent hair and  called them . noone was there. im gonna try calling again. id like to try that time. if its the same width as what im using now.

thanks maybe ill give it a try! youve been very helpful. did you see the tapes on that 2nd website you showed me. it said they last 6 weeks. i think i might give them a try. i love the tapes.

I use Acetone in a cotton ball, and the removal is abreeze. Is when you get to the last wfts thatyou start getting desperate and start pulling your hair that some of your hair might come out. LOL

Acetone removes it with NO problem. Some of your own hair might come out with it sometime, but is due to the pulling to remove the hair.

What I do is soak the cotton ball with acentone. and run in the wefts and leave for a couple of minutes, extension will come out with no problem.

Hi Meinney, the hair I use is not seamless, but the seam is very thin. I will try thattape next. I have no complaint of he one I am using now, but I am willing to experiment.
Are you applying a little heat to the tape after you apply it, that helps a lot!! Plus remeber to reinforce with LG.
It will last a lot.
I get my hair from bohyme-ext.com. Vey fast shipping.
I will kepp you updated and I am re-applying hair tomorrow. I will take pics for you.

hey the tape on that 2nd website said it lasts 40 days. do you think thats true. gotta try it. i use ultratress seamless with the pro flex tape and wash hair every other day and it lasts 9 days max. i dont do a lot to my hair eiather. im very gentle with it. i dotn know. that tape looks great. where do you get the hair from you use. is it seamless?

Hi Meinny! Sorry I have taken so long to reply. Yes I reinforce my tape with Liquid Gold and it last a good month and a week. LOVE IT! I have to use a cotton ball with acetone to remove the hair, so probabbly It might go an extra week :)

I still have a lot of tape left so it will be a while :)
I apply the LG all over the tape once is adhered to the hair.
 
The Tape is Great to keep the double wefts together, it helps minimize the shedding from the wefts,  plus is not goooey when you wash your hair. The tape stays pretty good without the Liquid Gold, But I like to reinforce with LG because I am very active, tend to wash my hair twice a week, and use creamy rich conditioner to keep my natural hair healthy and under control.
I will take pics in m y next application so you can see what I do. Ok?

im using the same tape as you?? btw where do you buy yours?? anyway i havent been reinforcing with liquid gold and it lasts like 8 days. how long does it last reinforced with the liquid gold and how much do you use?? just the edges? the whole weft?? what hair do you use with it?? im finding that with just the tape  when i take down i dont lose a single hair. which i love. i just wish i didnt have to do it so often>> thats why im curious about it witht he liquid gold. sorry for all the questions?
