Thank you thank you!

Fina, until my Adriana Lima face transplant gets scheduled, the black abyss remains.

Okay, it's 6oz 22-24" in both hand-tied and machine. It is the 10/16 & 14/24 piano blend (SO dig the piano over blended), 3" width one row of burgundy on each side. I'm going to shorten it up an inch or two soon. I am wearing my hair in the 18-20" range now during the winter.

It's real manageable. The curl lasts all day and my iron hasn't burned the shine off it. So far it's kickin @ss.

I'm rushin' but here's my colors of the same hair. I threw burgundy into the mix as well. Excuse the big black abyss that is my mug.

That is incredibly natural looking. The color blend is amazing, very nuanced and sophisticated.

Ok Fina, if you got hit by the ugly stick, that must be some gorgous ugly stick.  You are a knock out!!  The install looks great and I love the colors!!!

I wish that I had the nerve to go lighter, I just don't think it goes well with my complextion.

Anyways, great color choices.  Thumbs%20Up

I'm all over the Potion 9 now. Gonna get me some. Sebastian's Shaper is killer and one of my must haves.

LOVE the color combo, Fina. And it looks great on you! I thought "hmmm now that's interesting" when you requested it but then I saw it, I was amazed at how good they looked tgogether.

Think for the next order, I'm going to go for the real dramatic dark/light combo, too. I'm feeling dullsville with the same ol' med blonde all the time.

I'll add to the thread tonight by uploading a pic of this same hair I'm wearing.

Thanks gals. I don't know why when I take pics with my camera my hair looks so fuzzy. I'm gonna try to get a better one later.

Anyway. The Sebastian Potion 9 is absolutely AMAZING. (Heather recommended it to me). They call it something like a leave-in conditioner that's also a styling product. It smells yummy and is great for my fried natural  hair AND the extension hair!

OK, this is like the monster-mix of hair and installation methods.

1) I used fusion in some spots (I was determined to do a complete shrinkie install but I just CANNOT get those things right).

2) For the shrinkie portion I pretipped using the RockStar hair glue

3) The majority of the hair I got from Amm. It's a 6/22 mix, about 20", and I used all 3.8 oz of it.

4) Then I wanted darker darks and lighter lights so I added in some of Amm's Asian Remy (natural - a dark brown color) for lowlights and Kristin's D-Lux in 24/613 for highlights.

It's about 6 oz. total of hair. I washed it this morning, put a small amount of Sebastian Potion 9 in it, and dried it. It took about 6 or 7 minutes to dry. As I said- almost NO porosity with this hair!! And NO WORK!!  I'll add a little curl to it later today to show how this hair curls as well. . .

The back is a little thin ( I can feel a spot that I need help doing. . .as usual!) and my cutting techniques are a bit, um, unsharpened he he but here's the unedited result.
