QuoteReplyTopic: Wavy extensions on straight hair? Posted: December 09 2006 at 2:23am
hiya if your hair is super straight it should work if your willing to put the time and effort into curling it every day. however if yur hair has a slight natural wave to it maybe you could leave it to dry naturally and it would blend quite easy cos tbh most body wave i have tried comes very curly but it washes out to quite a loose wave which would look fine. aslong as u dont go for a very curly im sure it can work

You need a picture host...like photobucket... and upload your pictures their and then copy the URL into the address bar...first click on the earth icon above and then copy and paste.....just be careful and makesure you delete any extra http//...sometimes it will add and extra one to your pictures.... I'm sure others can give you better directions than me....but maybe this helps.
Thanks,
JeepGirl
Current install-Bohyme Bodywave #30 and #14 in the straight hair/ they didn't have the #14 in bodywave, so I mixed them...works great!
Cremeegg....most wave patterns drop after washing...except for french refined....I know Sherrie usually wears straight and curls it....she and alot of others say that straight last longer than most other textures....guess because it hasn't had as much processing done to it. And I know you've seen Sherrie's curl.....gawww--jus!
MAybe you can post a picture of what your hair looks like now and these girls could help you alot better....but right now we are all just guessing.
OH....and Welcome to the board!
Thanks,

I have the same dilemma as you and am SOOOO Happy that you asked this --- It sounds like a lot of the gals on this board have had success, tho, w/looser wave -- (like Bohyme French Refined)--
I recently ordered some pretty wavy extensions (which turned out to be CURLY) & i knew that was a DEFINITE no-go---BUT, i think we'd be safe w/something very loose ------
