The one I take is made in Canada. ONe product is called ultra-sil and it contains silica which plays a vital role within the connective tissue systems, skin, nails, hair, bone surface, cartilage adn ligaments.
It also contains flavoroids, manganese,potassium, sulphur, magnesium, calcium, iron, and phosphorous. ONe can take 1 to 4 capsules with meals. I only take one per day.

The other one is called hair force. It contains extract of spring horsetail, brown rice powder, norwegian kelp powder. It also had vitamin c, a d3 b-1,b-2,b-3,b-6 and b-12, folic acid, biotin, choline, inostinol, iode and a few other tiny things.
