Thank you SOOOOOO much for that information. I was beginning to think that something was physically wrong with me. Could I just ask you what type of serum you would recommend? Any particular type of flat iron ?
Any more info you can give me would be greatly appreicated.
thanks again!

When you relax your hair you have to smooth out the curls from the root
to the end,if the weather is humid or after you wash your hair your
will be frizzy, flat iron your hair (put serum in your hair
then flat iron to get smooth and straight hair)

Hi Everyone. Love this website! I need to know something. Has anyone ever personally or knew of someone who suffers from relaxer resistent hair? I had a friend about 10 years ago that claimed she had this problem, swore by it and I thought she was crazy, but now I've been having this problem for the last 2 years or so. Everytime I relax my hair, within a day or so all the waves come right back. It doesn't matter how long I leave it on, or what strength I use it always happens. I've particularly noticed this change when I had my first child. Is it a "hormonal" thing? An "over the age of 40" thing? Or am I just crazy?
