well this is whats making me think she isnt a professional, because even i know i wouldnt put anymore bleach init. surely there is something else instead of bleach to make it a brighter lighter blonde? but im just gonna use more bleach, i know my hair will break but i wear extensions alot so no1 will notice. dnt want to go to another hair dresser and pay another £40-60 to get it done again when shes gonna do it for nothing this time

thanks xx

Dont Use more bleach, your only wanting to tone down the warmth(gold) in the colour, bleach will not only make the colour more warm, it could cause more damage. I am sorry you had a bad experiance, but not all hairdresser's are bad, Im a hairdresser, and I am no tony & guy, but not had any complaints so far, lolTongue.

Hope this helps a little , Karen x

You can use a violet toner, this will take the warmth from the blonde, or you can use a colour. I would go for an 8/1, this is a light blonde with ash tones, which again will cool the warmth ( gold)

You could always try to bleach the highlights more.  Strand test a smaller section where it wouldn't matter if it broke and see what happens.  Hair can take up to three bleachings, if it's virgin.

i just recently had my hair streaked my a hair dresser

i told her i wanted it really light blonde an if she coodnt do it as blonde as i wanted i didnt want it done. anyways she agreed she would.

NOW i have brown hair with blondey brown golden colour streaks, im really angry. she then told me if i put anymore bleach on it it would snap off :S not a problem........ if she had told me this before getting it done!!!!!!

anyways, just wondering if anyone knows how i will be able to get it to a lighter blonde without bleach? toners?
please help!
