I'm *finally* going to do it!

I decided that I'm finally going in to get my hair dyed blonde.  This last time I dyed it, it turned out really pretty but I'm just never satisfied because I've been wanting to do blonde for so long. 

So now you all have to help me!  I'm not sure what shade of blonde to do, as far as what would go best with my coloring and stuff.  I'm naturally very fair-skinned, but I also use sunless tanners so I can always do that if needed.  I was thinking that I really like the looks of "cool" blonde shades, not really very warm ones.  So anyway here are some pictures of me to help you decide.

I love rachel mcadam's hair in that first picture.. but would it work with my coloring?  I know there's more than one color in pretty much all of those, and I'm not sure if I'll do the highlights stuff... depends on how much it'll cost.  Any suggestions/input would be greatly appreciated!
