Help 18 hair thinning? Why?

 Is it noticeably thinning or just some is coming out in the shower? The longer hair gets the more it "seems" to come out but really it's just the dead hair that's shedding is more noticeable then when you have short hair.
If you truely feel it's thining you could always start using rogaine which is preventative. I suggest going to  a doctor though first.You could have a vitamin defientcy or something that's casuing it to come out.

Hey I am 18 years old I use to have the thickest hair ever and I loved it. I started growing my hair in June and now it's starting to thin out.

Every time I take a shower put shampoo and rinse out hair is in my hands sometimes a lot some times not a lot.

What is going on? Why is my hair thinning out? Could it be that I am letting it grow out for this long with out getting a haircut????????

I need some help, I don't wanna be bald by the time I am 20..
