HI Could could try the ash brown, quite often it does work but in my experience this can be unpredictable. If you do decide on this course of action, do a strand test first. I would however , advise you seek professional help to deal with this. Good luck

I wanted to go from dark brown to light brown, decided to use a prelightner only to be left with orange hair. Might add that is was kind of patchy too. I then applied a light brown permanent colour but it's still kind of orange to red. I read somewhere that if I apply another colour, ash tones it would solve the problem. Has anyone had this problem? and does anyone know if using an ash based colour will work....? Not likeing the red look so need some help like yesterday ......
