Not sure what an "ALICE band" is...but it looks like one of these plastic things you can buy pretty much anywhere that is a handband with little spikey things on it.

Hey..no one replied for my rod stewart look post...so i am guessing no one here knows how to do that...so, does anybody know how i can get this look now? wat has he done withthe front side of his hair? can it be attained just by wearing an alice band?
